Blues are still in the river and most bass now are being caught on fast sink lines. There was some excellent fishing yesterday on Cranes beach in the early morning. Sand eel patterns were taking fish in the swimming area. No large fish but bass up to 24'' were caught with some larger fish seen cruising the beach front.
