| Seven (7) Day Fly Fishing Forecast: | improving after a decline in the weather |
As useual the weather changed from HHH SW winds to NW and the pressure fell very quickly. The fishing was off and last weeks new moon tides seamed to wash the bait out of the Essex river. All the reports from our charter Captians and the shore guided trips indicated very slow fishing. As the winds shift back to the SW and the presure rises the fishing should improve. Smaller herring flies are a must when the fish get fussy. But if you can fish the bigger flies when the larger bait is around. Happy Fathers Day!
