| Seven (7) Day Fly Fishing Forecast: | improvfing |
We have had a stormy weather this past week. Which is a doulble edge sword. The fishing has improved yet there has been alot of lightning associated with the storms. Be careful on the water especially out in the sound there is no place to hide from the storms unless you go back to the dock. When there has been breaks in the weaterh our Captians have done well this week releasing nice catches of bass and a few legal fish as well. 12" EP flies in the channels and flat wings are the best producers. A fresh run of adult pogies have moved into the Great Marsh and the fishing has been great with large legal fish if you don't spook the bait. Watch for gulls feeding on the chunks the blues left behind to help locate the best fishing.
