Seven (7) Day Fly Fishing Forecast: Improving

Any day now the peanut bunker will be showing up in the river system and the bigger shcool bass will follow.  We can expect the schools of fish to show up in mixed pods of school bass to legal fish for a solid month. Once the peanuts apear in the Great Marsh only a minus flood tides or NE storms will drive the bait off shore. Once this occurs the stripers will move south for North Carolina. Until then the best flies are EP's grey/wht, Lefty Decievers all white, herring Patterns and Clousers to get down below the condensed schools. There the biggest bass can sort out your fly. Tip of the day! Don't forget to use all black for the middle of the day!
