Water levels continue to drop like a rock, and the water temp has risen well into the 50's which will make some fish pretty active.  There are littel to no stocked fish in the river yet, and the wild bows are busy spawning, so targeting the rivers wild brown trout population is the way to go.  Hatches have not really gotten going yet.
