March 2009 will mark the 50th birthday of United Fly Tyers. UFT is the oldest continuously operating fly tying club in the country.
UFT has had every notable in fly fishing as an advisor including: Lee Wulff, Art Flick, Helen Shaw, Vincent C. Marinaro, Lefty Kreh and Elsie and Harry Darbee.
