The Toccoa Delayed Harvest Section has been giving up some beautiful Rainbows with Brown,Olive, and Black Wooly Buggers working well in size 10,12 ,14. Some decent Dry fly action can be found with Olive Elk Hair Caddis #16 and Parachute Adams #16 working with occasional hatches of Dark Hendricksons coming off. The Tailwater section is pumping out some monster Browns and Bows with stained water and big streamers being the key. A float trip can put you into the less fished areas and larger fish. Dry-Dropper rigs with an Elk Hair Caddis and a Soft Hackle P.T. works most of the time with clear water conditions.
