Due to the contiued flooding on the White River system there is no low water to be found anywhere.  All dams on the system are now running maximum units as well as flood gates. By the end of the week the situation should be stableized unless more rain falls in the region.

Fishing from a boat with indicator and lots of weight to get the fly down near the bottom is the name of the game. Chuck/duck and watch you bobber. Not the most enjoyable way to fish.  The other option is to get in close to the bank and throw large streamers with sink tips into the pocket water. This is where the larger browns will be during these types of conditions.  The preverbial fish of a hundred casts.
