If it weren't for the continued high flows out of Wrightsville Reservoir the Winooski would be running average for the date. But it's not, and the Little River flows out of Waterbury Reservoir are also high. This means fishing above E. Montpelier on up to the headwaters is the way to go. Water temps are still a bit cold however, so fishing will remain slow until midweek atleast. No rain is forecast until Wednesday pm. The major tribs of Winooski are now in decent shape, and they should turn on towards the end of the week. Hendricksons should be hatching by mis-week or so. If flows drop enough there should be some fish looking up.
