The Winooski from Bolton Dam downstream is still too high to fish. Around Waterbury ther river is clearer due to clear water inflow from the Mad river, but it is still high.  Around and thru Montpelier the river is still a bit dingy.  Above E. Montpelier the river is in better shape.  No Hendricksons yet, but today could be the day!
